Operating leverage, built with your team

Stop hiring around broken workflows.

Supernormal works alongside your nominated operator to rebuild your highest-cost workflow—and leave your team with the capability to own and improve it.

Best fit: Australian founder-led or operator-led businesses with 11–50 people, a repeated bottleneck and someone ready to own the result.

What the handover needs to prove

01

It works in the real operating environmentNot only in a polished demonstration

PROVEN
02

The accountable person can run itWithout permanent agency dependence

OWNED
03

The economics survive scrutinyMeasured against the baseline and payback case

VISIBLE

The real constraint

Your team has grown around the workaround.

A report rebuilt every Friday. Customer data copied between systems. An approval chased through email. A process only one employee understands.

Another hire can absorb the work. Another tool can move it somewhere else. Neither fixes the operating system underneath it.

The goal is not “more AI.” It is dependable capacity your business owns.

The done-with-you method

A working system and the capability to run it.

We work in the business with your nominated operator. Every stage makes the result more measurable, reliable and independent of us.

1

Baseline

Measure frequency, time, errors, delays and the cost of the current workflow.

2

Design together

Map the real process, exceptions, ownership and acceptance tests with your operator.

3

Build in your stack

Configure the workflow in client-owned accounts using representative real data.

4

Prove it

Run agreed tests, expose failures and monitor the workflow through a real cycle.

5

Transfer capability

Train the operator, document the system and support adoption for 30 days.

No black box

Your accounts. Your logic. Your capability.

Automation that creates permanent agency dependence is not operating leverage. The system should remain understandable and operable when we leave the room.

  • Client-owned accounts and credentials wherever practical
  • Written boundaries and exception handling before build approval
  • Acceptance tests and monitoring instead of a polished demo
  • Recorded walkthrough and operator playbook for the person accountable
  • No default retainer and no proprietary lock-in

Relevant proof

Working systems inside real organisations.

Not a deck explaining what AI might do one day.

The Operating Leverage Sprint

One important workflow rebuilt. One operator enabled.

The engagement combines an immediate operating result with the internal capability to own and repeat the method.

  • Workflow economics baseline and current-state map
  • Written scope, exception policy and acceptance tests
  • Collaborative build in client-owned accounts
  • Representative real-data testing and monitoring
  • Internal operator playbook, training and documentation
  • 30 days of adoption support and a next-workflow roadmap

Acceptance and adoption protection

“Built” is not the finish line.

  • If agreed acceptance tests fail because of our work, we continue without additional professional fees until they pass.
  • If your nominated operator follows the adoption plan but use fails within 30 days, we diagnose and resolve the adoption barrier without additional professional fees.
  • You retain the system, documentation and operating knowledge.

Client delays, missing access, changed scope, third-party outages and materially different source data pause the timetable. Those boundaries are written before work begins.

Questions we'd ask too

Before you apply.

Is this consulting, training or implementation?

It combines all three around one bounded commercial outcome. We design and build alongside your nominated operator, prove the workflow with real data, and transfer the capability to own and improve it.

How much time does our team need?

You need one accountable operator, access to the relevant systems and data, and timely decisions. We define the working cadence before the engagement so participation is visible rather than open-ended.

What does it cost?

Engagements start at A$7,500 + GST. Scope depends on the workflow boundary, systems, data and exception rate. We proceed only when there is a credible payback path.

What if the workflow is not worth rebuilding?

We say so during Triage. A normal software product, a process change or doing nothing may be the better commercial decision.

Do we have to replace our software?

Usually not. We prefer to work with the tools your team already uses and client-owned accounts. Any required change is made explicit before scope approval.

How do you handle unreliable AI output?

We define where deterministic rules are required, where AI is appropriate, what a human must review, and how exceptions surface. Representative tests and monitoring matter more than a demo.

Who owns the result?

Your business owns its accounts, configuration, documentation and operating knowledge. The Sprint is designed to reduce vendor dependence, not create it.

What happens afterwards?

Your operator receives the playbook and next-workflow roadmap. You can run the method internally, engage us for another bounded Sprint, or separately scope genuinely complex work.

Operating Leverage Triage

Find the workflow worth fixing.

Tell us about one real operational incident. We will assess the workflow's frequency, economics, reliability, ownership and readiness before offering a call.

A strong fit has: repeated work, a measurable cost, at least two people or systems involved, a nominated internal operator and decision-maker participation.

Sensitive workflow details remain in Supernormal's private revenue system. Analytics receives only anonymous interaction events.
