What we collect

When you apply for an Operating Leverage Triage, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, phone number, business name, role, team and revenue bands, timing, decision authority, and information about the workflow, its recent incidents, frequency, systems, people, economics, data and internal ownership.

How we use it

We use these details to assess fit, provide the application outcome, operate the Triage and any engagement you approve, and send service-related follow-up. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and advertising

We record first-party journey events such as page, application and booking stages without sending your workflow description to analytics providers. If advertising measurement is enabled, it may use cookies or similar identifiers; available consent controls and browser preferences apply.

Storage and security

Application records are stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare. Booking is provided by Cal.com and transactional email by Resend. These providers process only the information needed to deliver their services and may process data outside Australia. We restrict access and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email ben@supernormalsystems.com and we will action it promptly.

Complaints

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a concern, contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
